Based in Kamloops, BC, we serve seniors and their families throughout the Thompson-Nicola region with professional, mobile therapeutic recreation services. Our founder, Melissa Hood, is a certified Recreation Therapist (BTR, CTRS) with extensive experience in long-term care, dementia care, and community-based wellness programs. Every service is designed with intention, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals thrive; regardless of age, ability, or circumstance.
